5. Cancellation Policy
-> If you choose to cancel
At more than 48 hours to the experience you can rebook by logging into your profile, or contacting us directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for overnight stays and for experiences that require long preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions.
For less than 48 hours to the experience, unfortunately, the experience cannot be rebooked/refunded. This also applies to individual participants of a booking. Be aware that the experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses that must be covered, and therefore you will not be able to get the money back for the experience.
On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so they know that you are not attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, as a rule, you are welcome to give your ticket to another side.
-> Cancellation of Puchtours
Cancellation may occur in the event of illness of staff, weather conditions or unforeseen events. New date or refund will be offered if new date cannot be found. Cancellation due to scheduling errors or too few participants will be made no later than 2 days before.
